Between The Able Group Company (ABLE) and___________________ (THE COMPANY)

ABLE agrees to;

Provide trained and experienced meeting facilitators / Provide experts and speakers to inform group meetings / Maintain absolute confidentiality of all group proceedings / Conduct monthly one to one coaching sessions / Give sufficient advanced notice of events and meetings.

The member on behalf of THE COMPANY agrees to;

Maintain absolute confidentiality about all group proceedings / Support  the group facilitator in pursuing improvements / Disseminate ABLE information to likeminded executives / Host meetings by rotation, providing appropriate facilities & refreshments / Make commitment to attend group meetings & own mentoring sessions / Pay membership fees quarterly in advance and give three months notice of any termination of membership.
